Our QuickBooks Desktop is remotely hosted on Right Networks (directly through our QB subscription). 

Do you still suggest uninstall/reinstall as remedy?

Hosting your QB Desktop files does not mean they are error-free. Run the Verify/Rebuild Data utility. Are you still encountering unresolved error messages?
