At this time, the Form PD11D is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). As a workaround, you can pull up the Annual Payroll Summary (P11) report. I'll show you how.

1. Go to Reports.
2. Type in Annual Payroll Summary in the search field and click on it to open.
3. Set the date range.
4. Click on the Download Report link under the employee's name.
