It's not currently possible to sort the employee by surname in QuickBooks Advanced Payroll. If you haven't already, please submit feedback in QuickBooks (located under the settings icon). This helps our Product Development team in identifying the key pain points for customers, so the more feedback we can get, the better. Thanks again.
