Clear warning message preventing EFile

I am a first-time user of ProFile software. I have signed off all warning messages and EFile shows as Eligible but I keep getting failed when I try e-filing with errors EFILE#1003 and 365. I do not know what I am missing, any help will be appreciated.

EFILE Issues

That warning EFILE #10003 cannot be signed off and means there are other warnings to be addressed. Check other tabs in the auditor for outstanding issues. The RSI tab in the auditor has warnings that must be addressed: some can be signed off others cannot. Also, make sure box 088 on the Info tab has been answered. This email question is a CRA required question and will prevent filing if not answered.
