Hi,

I keep getting this error code T854 stating the "name of the legal representative who signed the signature page must be provided". However, I have checked the box that the legal rep has signed and have put their name on it. We have EFILED hundreds of these in the past and only recently have gotten this error message. Our other T1 clients have EFILED authorizations succesfully, it is only when a Legal Rep is signing on behalf of the taxpayer.

I tried calling EFILE help desk, they only suggested we may have an outdated version of Profile, but we have updated recently and still the same error.
