There is a Country code missing from one or more T5details. Enter a missing Country code resolves the error. This has been resolved in ProFile 2021.3.0 available now for download

Glad that worked! Update to ProFile 2021.3.0 , that field now has a warning.

as a further question, why does Profile throw up a diagnostic that a correct SIN is needed (T4A slips, info page).....I'm doing T5's, not T4As. and it seems to be the efile code that used to show as an acknowledgement that slips had been filed. (1020)
