I'm receiving an EFILE error message #95548
My client only has one T4 with income from box 87 (volunteer firefighter), no CPP pensionable income
The error message is: Line 50340 for total contributions on CPP pensionable earnings requires an entry on line 50339 for total CPP pensionable earnings, or vice versa.
How do I clear this. Schedule 8 clearly has both of these fields at 0.

EFILE Issues
Hi, thank you for using Intuit ProFile Community
It is unusual to receive this error if that is the only T4 and there is no self-employment income.
You should check with your CRA e-file help desk. The phone number for your area can be found at the following link:
The efile help desk should be able to tell you what is blocking acceptance of the file and how to proceed.
Hope this helps

I just had the same error. S8 line 50340 was showing ZERO but T1EFILE line 50340 was showing $1.00. When I overrode this to ZERO it eFiled okay
