I know how challenging it is not to be able to import item modifiers from Square to sales receipts. However, I can see that this is an issue coming from the Square app itself.

That said, I suggest contacting the Square support team to identify the cause of why QuickBooks Online (QBO) was unable to import item modifiers. You can reach out to them either through live chat or by phone.

Hey, I've had the same problem start happening around the same time as you. I haven't found a solution anywhere online yet. Have you been able to find a solution?

You may need a 3rd party connector.

We want to ensure everything is working well for you. In the meantime, we highly suggest that you talk with the Square Team to have them check what's going on with the modifiers. This community can only help with QuickBooks related concerns.
