Hi there, @Eve Datasec. I have all the instructions you'll need to find your downloaded transactions.
You can locate your downloaded transactions right from the Banking menu.
Here's how:
- Go to Banking.
- Select Downloaded Transactions.
- From the QuickBooks Account ▼ dropdown menu, select the account you to view downloaded transactions.
If you haven't downloaded or imported them yet, simply click Import File or Download. You can refer to these articles for the detailed steps and how to fix common online banking issues:
Please come back if you need more help with managing your bank feeds. I'm always happy to help.

Hello there, AD0128.
I'll be happy to share with you the steps Sandy Eggo did to fix the issue. Please check this out:
- Go to the Downloaded Transactions.
- Click on Renaming Rules.
- Locate and delete the entry that is misnaming or miscategorizing the transaction.
- Rename the downloaded payee under Payee.
- Then assign the correct class.
I also added some articles you can use about managing rules and fixing bank issues online:
- Manage renaming rules for payee in QBDT for Mac.
- Fix online banking issues in QuickBooks Desktop for Mac.
