Hello there, rockfoundationtexas.
You can use the WebConnect feature to upload the missing transactions. First, you must download the transactions from your bank's website in a file that QuickBooks Online supports. Then, follow these steps to upload that file:
- On the left panel, click Banking.
- Click the drop-down arrow next to Update.
- Choose File Upload.
- Select the file, and click Browse.
- Click Next.
- Select the QuickBooks account, and click Next.
- Map the columns, and click Next.
- Select the transactions to import. and click Next.
- Click Let's go!.
You can also check this article for more information: WebConnect.

I'd be glad to provide you the file formats that QBO supports, IMAGEMAN.
These are the following file formats that QBO supports:
- Comma-Separated Values (CSV). CSV files may require additional mapping. See Import bank transactions from Excel CSV file to QuickBooks Online for more information
- Quicken (QFX)
- QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Microsoft Money (OFX)
Please get back to the Community if you have other questions. Have a blissful day!
