Thanks for getting back to us, @leo31.
Let's access your account using a private browser or an incognito window. This is to check if it has something to do when the browser using or your subscription. This browsing doesn’t store data and will help the page load without issues from temporary data.
Here's how:
- Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
- Press Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox).
- Press Command + Shift + N (Safari).
Next, go back and verify if the transactions are now updating in your account. If it works, here's how to clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks. Then, restart your browser right after.
If you're still getting the same result, please contact our Customer Care Support so we can investigate further.
Follow the steps below in your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account:
- Go to Help at the top and then select Contact us.
- In the Ask a question (or tell us what's wrong) section, describe the problem you're having.
- Tap Continue.
- Click your contact options in the Choose a way to connect with us section.
You can also get our contact details here: Contact QuickBooks Self-Employed Support.
