Since your Amazon transactions aren't updating, I'd recommend making sure the integration's still turned on in Labs.

 

Here's how:

  1. Use your Gear (⚙️) icon in the upper right corner.
  2. Choose Labs.
  3. Make sure it's turned on. If it isn't, you'll see an option to Turn It On.
  4. In the event you had to turn it on, enter your Amazon credentials.
  5. Allow the connection to complete.

 

There's also some things you'll want to be aware of when working with this feature:

  • Items purchased with a giftcard or promotional credit won't appear.
  • For Amazon order details to appear in QuickBooks, you must have connected the account you use to purchase items on Amazon. If your account isn't connected, the transaction's details won't appear because they won't match to anything in your books. For example, if you use two payment methods on Amazon, only the items purchased with the payment method connected to QuickBooks will show up in your books.
  • After you've saved a split transaction, your work will remain, even if you turn off the integration. Only the order items will disappear from QuickBooks.
