I would take that to the bank personally. I don't use QB "online", but don't see why you couldn't do that?

Thanks for getting back to us here in the Community, @pinto1. Let me share details about depositing money into your QuickBooks Cash account.
You're correct. QuickBooks Cash is an online-only bank account. That's why currently, the option to deposit money through check isn't available.
You'll have to transfer money that starts from other banks (ACH), so you can put up to $250,000 per day into your QuickBooks Cash account in one go. Then on average, it'll take about three (3) business days to complete the process and deposit the amount into your account.
To answer the most frequently asked questions about QuickBooks Cash, I'd recommend checking out this article: Learn more about QuickBooks Cash accounts and the Cash Flow menu.
Also, I'm adding these articles to further guide you in putting money in and taking them out of your QuickBooks Cash account and how you can use your Debit Card to withdraw money and make purchases:
Please don't hesitate to keep me posted on how it goes. In case you have other concerns about transferring money in and out of your QuickBooks Cash account, you can leave a comment below. I'll gladly help. Take care, and wishing you continues success.

Are you a human being or a computer responding, full of programmed obvious answers all of which are wrong.
Asking help section in quickbooks was my first call and no two representatives gave me a consistent answer. Third rep gave me a toll free number of Green Dot Bank (which I could get from google also) and the number is a computer driven bot which does not allow you to get to a human being without a account number which I don't have as quickbooks account number does not work at Green Dot Bank. So it is a classic runaround situation and I am giving up on the quickbooks cash account as a source of my business banking
