They do have the Test Drive QBO site or QBO 30-day trial.
Here is more info on Test-Drive links:

Appreciate the reply. We are not looking for a test drive or a 30 day trail of QBO. We currently use QBO. We are looking for a not production environment in which we can test transactions before we do them in the production data base.

If you're currently using QBO you should know, they don't have anything other than 30-day trial or test-drive.

Hello, @Chowbotics.
Thank you for reaching out to the QuickBooks Community.
You can find the test environment here. This test drive is very useful for creating test transactions and seeing how things work, without actually putting them into your regular QBO account.
I often use this myself when I need to see how to do something hands on.
If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Hi there @Chowbotics,
Yes, there's a sand box for QBO. You can find it in the Intuit Developer Community. Hover your mouse over API Docs & Tools at the top right corner, highlight QuickBooks Online, and then choose Sandbox .
Here's also a direct link: https://developer.intuit.com/v2/ui#/sandbox
You'll be asked to sign in with your Intuit credentials. If you already have a QBO account, you can use the same login info. Otherwise, you'll need to create an Intuit account.

(I can't put the direct link here. I am getting marked as spam. Twice now, actually. Lol)
