Thank you for letting us know about the duplicate transactions, Samuel. I understand these entries shouldn’t be duplicated. This could be caused by syncing errors or import setting issues.
Please follow the solutions below to resolve this:
- Check your bank connection to make sure transactions aren’t being imported more than once.
- Manually delete/exclude any duplicate transactions you find.
- Also, you can check if your bank/credit card account is only connected to QuickBooks Self-Employed once. If it’s connected twice, this could duplicate transactions. Here’s how to fix this:
- Go to the profile ⚙ icon.
- Select Bank Accounts.
- Ensure your bank or credit card account is connected once.
- If there's a duplicate, select the toggle to OFF in the Show account column.
