Hello there, Buck. Let me help you remove the constant advertisements when opening QuickBooks Online (QBO).
While working on your business in QBO, you may encounter prompts for ads that could potentially help you in the future. However, if you do not want to see these ads, it is recommended that you click on "X" or "No Thanks" to dismiss them temporarily. To permanently remove these ads, you can send feedback to our developer team. They will review your suggestion and may consider it for future updates. Here's how:
- In your QuickBooks, go to Settings.
- Click Feedback.
- Explain your product suggestion and choose Next to submit.
Moreover, I suggest reviewing this article in handling your QBO subscription: Manage billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online.
Reply to this post for additional queries about the constant advertisements in QBO. I'm here to help you. Have a good one!

I also find this extremely annoying. We don't even get a "this doesn't apply to me" option. I'm a single member LLC and I have no employees but myself, and I pay myself with member draws from the LLC. Yet nearly every time I open QBO I get harassed (there really is no other word for it) about signing up for QB payroll. I don't even *have* payroll, but there is no way to make this stop. I also get the constant loan or credit line offers, which aren't really very good. I could do better elsewhere. I pay a subscription price for this product. I shouldn't have to *ever* deal with any adds. You want to email me with offers and product information, great. But you stick adds in the software just to eliminate the option to opt out.
