My call number for this issue is Updating Bank Consent : 15109081569 (DISP1.6.2). Unsure if this is the parent or child call. This is defo an issue and reported so unsure why you think this is not the case.

I had the same problem with the inactive "Manage consent" link.

I managed to get it working by going to Bank transactions, selecting the account, pressing the little pencil icon and the button "Edit sign in info"... 🤷‍
