Support, please can we have feedback with regards to linking Nedbank through QuickBooks mobile app on IOS, doesn’t allow you to add banking information. Received the attached error after selecting Nedbank.

As per checking in the system, the reports about this has been closed and resolved. Since you’re still experiencing this issue, I recommend reaching out to our technical support team. They can check your account and further investigate the cause of it using their tools.
Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu.
- Select Assistant or Search.
- Click Contact Us then enter your concern.
- Choose either Chat or Callback.
