Yes, its for matching bank transactions. I need to add 6 resolving transactions (cash payments taken from banking)

Could you further elaborate on the issue you're having with matching bank transactions? Are you attempting to match the downloaded bank transactions and it only provides you with five transactions to match? Are you trying to perform the Resolve difference for the bank transactions? I have matched the bank transaction, it's the 'resolve difference' at the bottom. It will only let me add five resolving transactions.

Hello Monty250, thanks for the screenshot. It will only allow you to add 5 additional lines on one resolve difference selection. It would be a case of going to add manually one of the transactions and then selecting the 2 transactions for that customer when finding a match and then resolving the other 5 if the transactions is more than the amount received. We can add feedback to our product team regards needing more lines certainly but currently only 5 can be added at most.

We need more than 5 resolving transactions.  My bank deposits will have some payments to match to and some that won't match due to the nature of our business.

At the moment, we can only add five transactions to match your bank deposits. However, you can suggest adding a feature that allows multiple transactions to be added and matched. This will allow our product developers to consider adding it to the next update.

Here's how:

1. From the Gear icon, select Feedback.
2. Enter your suggestions.
3. Click on Next to submit.

Once you've successfully matched your bank transactions, I suggest reconciling to ensure your current, savings, and credit card accounts are always balanced and accurate. Here's an article to guide you on the process: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.
