Every time I log in I have to refresh my bank feed. Fair enough for the security aspect. But why do I have to redo it five or six times before it suddenly works? GRRRR

I'm in Australia and I have two accounts. One with Commonwealth and one with Suncorp. Suncorp has a security token and Commonwealth sends you a confirmation message.

Helo there, Shane.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) relies on the bank’s security to establish the feed. If the authentication window times out or a browser setting blocks the flow, you can end up refreshing several times.

Since you mentioned refreshing the page multiple times, it’s worth checking your internet connection. The connection could interfere with QuickBooks' ability to sync with your bank.

Additionally, we recommend trying another updated browser. Sometimes, browser issues or outdated versions can affect how QuickBooks interacts with your bank’s website.

In the meantime, you can also manually update your bank transactions as it also downloads any new transactions listed within the previous 90 days.
