Do you have QB Desktop Pro Plus for single user or more?

Four users.  That has not changed.

You don't know how the price I was charged was calculated?  Was it just a random increase to see what I would pay?

It would help if QB online was not so heavily promoted that QB desktop does not even exist as far as Inituit is concerned.  No mention of QB desktop at all in any online resources, including pricing.

They didn't give a specific formula, but roughly they've been raising rates by about 50% every year for the past 3 years. You may consider to renew your license thru a reseller and get $200 cashback.
