The total feature in the Sales Tax Liability report isn't available in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @JarsInc. Let me give you additional information about this.
I recommend sending your feedback so our developers can consider adding this option. To do so, please follow the steps below:
- Open your QBO account.
- Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
- Select Feedback under Profile.
- Share your feedback.
- Click Next to submit.
