If the steps to downgrade subscription won’t work out, we would recommend doing it again on a private browser. If it works fine on that window, you can clear your browser’s cache or switch to a different one.
You can also reach out to our support team if you need further assistance about this process:
- Click the Gear icon at the top.
- Select Contact us.
- Provide a brief description about your concern.
- Click Continue.
- Select Get a callback.
