I keep getting an error that says -- We can't find anyone with __(email or phone).
Like many others, Quickbooks seemed to have misplaced my main account and all its corresponding data.
I've been locked out of my account for several weeks now. Nothing has helped. People on the phone just follow standard prompts but don't actually understand the issue.
All I want to know now is how to delete my billing information so that they'll at least stop charging me for a service they aren't providing. Any ideas?

Without being able to get into your account, there is no guarantee that they will stop billing you.
They seem HUGE on even billing accounts that have been canceled for months.
I've even seen complaints that customers will cancel their accounts, QB will stop billing them, only to turn around a few months later and start charging them again.
You could always try calling and canceling your account.
Good luck.

I think this will just have to be a dispute on my credit card. Calling them is not a good experience--they recommend upgrading your account to get higher priority service, which I obviously cannot do since I cannot access my account.
