An Average days to pay report is unavailable in QuickBooks Online, @Paula J. Not to worry, I've got some workaround for you.
You can generate a similar one by exporting reports to Excel. This spreadsheet software program allows you to calculate values without Intuit's support in formulas. To proceed:
- Go to Reports.
- Search for and open the report you'd like to view.
- Press Export and click Export to Excel.
Additionally, consider using a third-party app. Please check out this page for the list of applications you can integrate with us: QuickBooks App.

@Paula J RE: How can I create an Average days to pay report?...I know it was possible on Desktop, why not qbo?
That's a very good question!
Comparing QB Desktop reports to QB Online reports (and many other features) is like comparing a Rolls Royce to a Chevy.
QB Online isn't really designed for anyone with more than the most basic of needs. So, if you set your expectations very low, only then will you be satisfied.
