If suppose is closed on the weekend (I'm not sure their hours) then you can't get support on the weekend - at least not from Intuit.

 QB checking- debit card fraudulent charges

I am in desperate need of support. It's Saturday and my quickbooks online will not allow me to reconcile. It keeps asking me to connect a bank account - however I have already done this years ago.
