Hello @incandescent,
You can pull up and customize one of your sales reports to display your transactions with details related to your sales representative. Let me show you how.
- Go to Reports.
- Under Sales and customers, select Sales by Customer Detail.
- Select Customize.
- On the Report period menu, select the appropriate dates of your transactions.
- Below the Row/Columns sections, select Change columns.
- Put a checkmark on the Sales Rep selection.
- Click Run report.

Not exactly correct. You do not need to put a check by sales rep under columns. You have to group by sales rep and it provides the totals by rep as requested.
