What about viewing transactions for each customer/project? This is just regarding time, isn't it?

It's not just about time.  And we do not use the projects area of QBO because it is not good from a reporting stand point. 
Honestly we are still looking for a new accounting software.

I don't blame you. QB doesn't have as many capabilities as you'd think they would!

I viewed the below report to view the time for each customer/project but how do you view all transactions for a customer/project?

         Go to reports and in the find box type "time activities by customer detail".  This report will show you billable yes, billable no items.
