Let’s get this taken care of today and resolve why you’re not getting the notifications. The notification could've been turned off.
Here’s how to turn on the Customer Notification:
- Go to the Merchant Service Center, then choose Processing Tools > Manage Recurring Payments.
- Pick Settings.
- Push Yes to receive an email notifications.
