As i check, there isn't any reports recently related to your concern, bbm514.
There's a possibility that your browser's cache is causing this error. To check, you might to run the report again privately. If you're able to do this without getting errors on the private window, we would recommend clearing your cache. The web browser keeps files in its cache and saves the pages you have previously visited. Sometimes the stored files can affect communication between the browser and QuickBooks Online.
Also, switching to a different supported browser will help fix issue like this. Below are the once supported by QuickBooks:
- Chrome
- Safari 11 or earlier
- Mozilla Firefox
- Microsoft Edge
Stay around if you have other concerns. We'll be glad to tool into it anytime.

I am having this same issue. I have seen that some people were having this same issue on Monday 1/6/19 and they posted that it had been resolved. I have cleared my cache and rebooted my computer but it still doesn't seem to be working. Any ideas on what else I can try?

I did find away around this. It still won't let me login if I go through the home login page, but if I scroll down to the bottom of this page and click on the "contact us" button then choose the "quickbooks online" option it automatically logs me in since my credentials were saved. Hope this helps.
