I understand how it felt when something isn't functioning properly as wanted.  To check the error message, I suggest connecting with our phone agents to help you investigate further.

 

Here's how to contact them:

  1. From the Help menu, select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your issue and click Continue.
  4. Click the Get a call back tab to talk to a specialist.
