I have cancelled my subscription, and should be able to access my previous records for a year, but an error message runs when I try to view my page.

the code is: Error code: -81594, type: VALIDATION_ERROR It says to contact support, however Quickbooks will only let me ask the community now...

Account Management

You will continue to have access to your account until the end of your current billing period, Jennifer.

Once you cancel your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account, your data will remain securely stored for up to one year. During this period, you will have the option to resubscribe to regain access to your information and reach out to support for assistance if needed.

After one year, you will still be able to sign in using your existing credentials and resubscribe; however, your accounting data will no longer be available.
