So currently it is not available to connect to HSBC KINETIC, if you have a look at this link it shows you which are the banks that are currently available to connect to in Quickbooks. 

Why are we still waiting for HSBC Kinetic to work with QBO. Surely this is the worst customer service ever. People have waited month and you still haven’t sorted it out. People will start to vote with their feet. Just watch. You obviously don’t value your customers at all

Hello Community Users, we just wanted to drop into this thread to advice the HSBC Kinetic bank is available to link in QuickBooks through open banking. We do need to add that you must use the QuickBooks mobile app to connect the bank. Any questions feel free to add them here.
