Configure server to accept QuickBooks Online mail server host names

To ensure the customers are receiving QuickBooks emails; Solution 3 here suggests configuring your server to accept QuickBooks online mail server house names and IP addresses:

Do I need to add all these (o1.sg.n.intuit.com, etc) as DNS TXT records to my DNS settings of my domain name? Or should they be MX records?

Why is there so many?

Why isn't there a QuickBooks SPF record?

Hello Designbooth,

Welcome to the Community page,

So if none of them solutions have worked for you you will need to ask an IT expert about it and they will be able to guide you on it and get it resolved.

I have asked and they are asking for more clarity. Are they TXT records?

Hello Community Users, We're just wanting to put an update on this thread. While we would suggest as previously consulting with an I.T expert to confirm this, it is more likely it is DNS TXT.  For DKIM issues - its DNS. Any further questions just ask.
