Talk about your business
@Teri You said it right, "I'm already a workaholic as an employee" If I'm going to work hard, I want my return to be proportionate to my input.
when you work for someone else, there isn't a direct relationship between the input and output. No matter how hard you work, you will always get the same result, and I don't think anyone on this board is happy with that.

Talk about your business
@Adam_Fenner I couldn't have said it better myself! :smileyvery-happy: I remember the day it hit me....how little I was making, especially compared to the owner of the business where I worked, but I was still giving 110%+. I love how there is no limit working for myself and that I reap the benefits of my 110%+ effort.
