I'd love to share a question we see come up in here in the Community quite often: "What reports will I need to make sure I am prepared for year-end, and where do I find them?"

Reviewing your main financial reports is crucial during year-end to see how much you’ve made, identify any issues, and check for discrepancies. The Profit and Loss report and Balance Sheet are some common reports to review.
- Go to Business overview then select Reports (Take me there), or go to Reports (Take me there).
- In the Find report by name field, search for the Profit and Loss report and Balance Sheet. Then review them.
- Make sure the Profit for the Year figure matches the balance of the Profit and Loss report.
- Check other reports as needed.
