I love to set realistic expectations and then over deliver. The best is when I can solve a problem my client is having immediately. They are always over the moon grateful!

I love giving them my full attention and doing something extra for them that was perhaps unexpected. Like finding out what is happening in their world and finding a solution to a pain point in their business.

I love putting hand written Thank you notes in packages. Such an easy but great personal touch and I love to express how appreciative I am that they are supporting my small business :smileyhappy:

I love putting little extras or giveaways into their packages. It's always nice to get a little something extra on top of what you paid for so I like to include things like stickers or small gifts for fun. :smileyvery-happy:
