If you are referring to setting up the VAT number in Account & Settings, please ensure you enter a valid VAT number and click the Done button after saving it. Then, reload the page to confirm that the changes have been applied successfully.
On the other hand, if you are referring to setting up the VAT number in the VAT settings under the TAX section, please reload the page after clicking the Save button to confirm that the settings have been updated correctly.
Should the issue persist after completing these steps, I recommend using incognito mode on your browser to test whether it’s a temporary browser issue. If incognito mode resolves the problem, please ensure your browser is up to the latest version. You may also consider switching to a different supported browser.
