I want to change the payment card for monthly subscription. I've been trying for past 3 days. Same error message every single time. Couldn't even see an option to delete all payment cards.
When updating the payment details on your account, you can choose from several options including credit card, direct debit, PayPal, or Automated Clearing House (ACH), faiq-rizwan. Note that it is not possible to delete all payment methods.
You'll need to keep one payment method on file, which can be updated. Then, it should be linked to a U.S. billing address (excluding U.S. territories).
In addition, this billing address doesn’t need to match the physical address saved in your QuickBooks settings. For more information, refer to this article: Manage billing, payment, and subscription info.
