Are you referring to the email address where the invoices and receipts are sent from? Allow me to help you with it.
QuickBooks Online uses quickbooks@notification.intuit.com in sending these emails. Currently, we're unable to change it. However, we can update your customer-facing email. This is where your customers can contact you and shown on sales forms.
- Go to the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
- From the Company tab, select the Address section.
- Edit the Customer-facing address. Then, tap Save and Done.
