Please contact our QuickBooks Live Support for the updated status about ABSA and QuickBooks connectivity. They can also send you the latest updates about the status of this case.
Here's how to contact them:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Click the (?) Help icon.
- Choose one of these options:
- Assistant Tab: Get help from the QuickBooks Assistant.
- Search Tab: Enter your question to access related Help articles.
- If you don’t find answers to your questions:
- QuickBooks Assistant: Type Talk to an expert in the chat. You'll be provided options for expert assistance.
- Search Tab: Select Contact Us to connect with an expert directly.
In the meantime, you can manually add bank transactions to QuickBooks Online by uploading your bank statements. Ensure to exclude the same transactions once the connection is back online.
