Yes, Ratel, you can set up QuickBooks to email you a copy of the invoices or quotes you send to your customers. I'll be happy to walk you through the process.
When creating an invoice and quote, you'll see a CC or BCC field where you can enter your email address. This process ensures you'll receive a copy of the document for your records.

If you'd prefer to automatically receive a copy without manually entering your details each time, you can set this by default in the Account and Settings:
For quotes, you can enable the Email me a copy at (your company email address) option to receive a document automatically.
However, if you want to send it to other specific email addresses, you'll need to manually add them in the CC or BCC field when creating the quote.
