I'm here to help you with canceling your QuickBooks Online. You can cancel your account from the Billing & Subscription section.
Once your account is canceled, you'll still have read-only access from the cancellation date. This is to make sure you can still have access to your account in case you'd like to reactivate it.
To cancel, here's how:
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online account.
- Go to the Gear icon, then click Account and Settings.
- Select the Billing and subscription tab.
- In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel your trial.
- Click Continue to cancel, then select the Continue to cancel button (if it shows on your screen).
- Follow the next steps, then choose to Submit and cancel subscription.
- Click Got it.
