My transactions aren't pulling through. They have been coming through before but nothing now for a few days and I know payments have come in etc?

Hello there, @stacy-skremotepa. I'll help you find the transaction that you're looking for.

 

If you can't locate the transactions you recently downloaded or if you don't notice any new ones. Here's how to look for missing transactions in various parts of your accounts.

 

If you don't see the transaction that you're looking for, manually download the most recent ones.

 

  1. Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
  2. Go to the Banking tab.
  3. Select Update.
  4. If you can't find them, it's possible that they're stuck someplace in the For review tab, Categorised tab and Exclude tab


See this article if you are looking for an older transaction by reviewing them in the account's history.
