Can I unsend a message or just blocked the attachments report that I sent?

The option to unsent a message or blocked this on a report is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). What we can only do is check this by utilizing the Audit log report. This way, we can identify what transactions were sent or emailed.

 

In the meantime, you can ask your recipient to delete the message on their end. Also, we want to comprehend what business owners demands. Thus, I recommend sending feedback directly to our product engineers. This way, they can get notified of the features that business owners needs.

 

Here’s how you can submit them:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. Enter a brief description of your product suggestion.
  4. Click Next to submit feedback.

 

We regularly take your suggestions into account while updating our products. In this, you can track the progress of your feature request in our Feedback forum. The more requests we get for it, the more likely it will be added in future enhancements.
