Jan, you'll need to enter a business address in your Account and settings. We'll provide more details below to help you navigate this situation in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and resolve your inquiry promptly.

 

Once your company's business address is added, it will also appear on all transactions that you create within the program. Here are the steps:

 

  1. On the top right corner, click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and settings, and then select the Company tab.
  3. Click Edit in the Address field to enter your business address.
  4. When you're ready, click Save and then Done.
