You can still email invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO) without a Gmail account, Dalener. I'm here to outline the steps below.
Since you don't have a Gmail account to connect with QBO, don't worry. The program uses the default email address quickbooks@notification.intuit.com to send invoices. To do that:
- Go to Sales and click Invoices.
- Locate the invoice and click the Dropdown icon under the Action column. Then, select Send.
- Review the information before clicking Send.
Furthermore, you'll want to automatically send your customers a reminder to notify them about invoice due dates.
