Trying to connect our bank to bank transactions, appeared yesterday morning but just hanging. Ever since then it disappeared and not allowing us to connect our bank

Trying to connect our bank to bank transactions, appeared yesterday morning but just hanging. Ever since then it disappeared and not allowing us to connect our bank

We appreciate you informing us of your current situation. We'll provide details to help you connect your bank account inside QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Before anything else, we want to know if you successfully connected the bank account inside the company account. If not, and you no longer see the bank in the list when connecting an account inside your company file, you'll want to go to their website and copy the URL to use it to ensure you're connecting the correct account. Once you have the bank's URL, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the left navigational bar, click the Transactions tab and then select Bank transactions.
  3. Click the Link account button and then in the Search bar, enter the URL from your bank's official website. If you see your financial firm, click on it and then enter credentials.
  4. Once you're ready, click the Continue button and follow the onscreen steps.
