I am not able to connect to FNB Error 105

Error 105 occurs when QuickBooks is unable to connect to your bank account, aservices.

To resolve this banking error, follow these steps. First, manually update your FNB bank account. Here's how:

  1. Navigate to the Transactions or Accounting menu and select Bank Transactions.
  2. Then, click Update.

Next, visit your bank’s website to gather more information regarding any potential errors. Then, review the following:

  • Look for messages, alerts, or notifications that might indicate an issue.
  • Additionally, review your account pages, history, and transactions. If these are inaccessible, it may indicate a problem with the bank connection.

Then, sign in to QuickBooks using an incognito or private browser. Alternatively, explore other browser troubleshooting methods.

If the issue persists, contact our live support team for further assistance. They can provide step-by-step guidance on the next steps.

For now, you can manually upload your bank transactions to ensure your records remain accurate. Once the bank connection is restored, QuickBooks will automatically download these transactions. To prevent duplication, Exclude the manually uploaded transactions during the review process.
