Yes, Ruth. You can reactivate inactive accounts in the Chart of Accounts (COA).
Here’s how:
- Navigate to the Transactions menu, then Chart of Accounts.
- Select the Gear icon on the left side corner.
- In the Other section, tick Include inactive and click the X icon.
- Find the inactive account.
- Hit Make Active.
